About company chair massage events:
- Tailor fitted 10-15 minute massages for your employees, focusing on the areas of concern for the client and providing relaxation.
- All services are performed on a professional massage chair with the client fully clothed in a seated position.
- No massage oil or creams are used.
- Completely sanitary: therapist washes his or her hands with alcohol-based sanitizer before and after each client, and face cradle is sanitized in between clients as well.
Customize your in-office offerings with the following:
- In-office wellness workshops to educate your staff on healthy stress management techniques.
- Access to online wellness workshops to keep your employees healthy.
- Massage gift certificates for you to issue your employees that they can redeem for a full-body session at the Union Square location. Great for raffles, holiday parties, maternity/paternity leave gifts, etc.

Company Policies
- To book an event, please reach out 2-3 weeks prior to the desired date. For last-minute event requests, reach out to Araina at info@massageartistrynyc.com
- There is a three-hour minimum for all events.
- A deposit is due at the time of booking.
- The invoice balance is due at the end of the event.
- Cancellations within the 48-hour cancellation window will incur a charge of 50%.
- Changes to the event within 48 hours are subject to a change fee and availability.
